Payment methods

Our extensive customer service also includes a wide selection of payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best: Either you order and transfer the amount to our bank account, or you choose SOFORT Überweisung, PostFinance, PayPal or Credit Card (Visa & MasterCard). We also offer Cash on Delivery within Switzerland.


Ordering online is always a matter of trust. We would like to offer you an excellent service, which also includes a high degree of transparency in the ordering process.

We are a Swiss company, which attaches great importance to a fast and smooth shipping. The products marked online as in stock are available from our main warehouse in Dietikon ZH and can be sent directly after payment. For orders above of CHF 199 we cover the shipping costs within Switzerland (Economy shipping).

As displayed in our shop, our range is particularly diverse and large. We stock more than 9’000 items, the majority of which are in stock. Others, partially exotic, difficult to obtain or limited items, with a delivery period.

You can check the current status of your order at any time online in your customer account. In addition, we will send you a notification when we receive your order, when the payment arrives and when we send your package. Of course the notification also includes the Swiss Post’s tracking number, which lets you follow the shipment.

We ship from Tuesday to Saturday, every day. We strive to send your order as soon as possible.
