Pick Up Locker

Our secure lockers are available for picking up orders on site. The permanently installed collection compartments, which are equipped with a unique combination of numbers, are located indoors and are under video surveillance. Simply place your order online and select «Pick Up Locker» instead of Post. Once ready you will receive an email and you can collect your ordered goods safely, flexibly and fully contactless.

Please note that only orders that have been paid for in advance can be picked up. Any necessary documents / licenses must also be submitted in advance.

Pick Up Showroom

Would you prefer to receive the goods you ordered in person? No problem: Our showroom is open every day from Monday to Friday. This means you can come and collect your order from us during opening hours without any prior appointment. We recommend ordering the products you want in advance. Products that are shown as "Ready for dispatch" are immediately available on site. Products with a delivery time must be pre-ordered accordingly.

Important: Please wait until you receive the collection invitation via email, only then will your order be prepared and ready for pick up.
