High Gore-Tex boot for rough terrain

Long marches with a load, loose scree and wet meadows call for a boot that guides the foot and still stays flexible. According to the manufacturer, the Quest 4D GTX Forces 2 EN combines the support and grip of a mountain boot with enough flexibility to take a knee or sprint.

Upper and membrane

The high upper is made of leather with a soft textile lining, and a Gore-Tex membrane makes the boot waterproof. A protective toecap, a medial protective pad and a mudguard protect the outside, and the tongue is gusseted to the upper. It is laced with regular laces, and a lace pocket takes the ends.

Outsole and chassis
